What this site collects
Nothing. This site is static. No tracking cookies, no analytics, no resource loaded from a third-party server (the fonts are hosted here).
The contact form sends nothing to a server. It opens your email client with a pre-filled message. What you type stays on your device until you send the email yourself.
What you send us
When you write by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process what you give us (name, contact details, description of the request) in order to answer it and, where relevant, start a business relationship. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in managing business relationships.
Retention
For as long as it takes to handle the request, then the duration of the contract and the applicable legal periods. A request with no follow-up is deleted at the latest three years after the last exchange.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes. It goes through our email provider and our host, processors under the GDPR.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to office@kubeoptix.com. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
