What does KubeOptix do?
KubeOptix is a software studio based in Brussels. The company builds its own SaaS platforms and takes on work for other businesses: web and mobile applications, cloud and infrastructure, system integration, consultants to reinforce a team, onboarding and training.
Where is KubeOptix based?
In Brussels, Belgium, at Rue Openveld 48, 1082 Berchem-Sainte-Agathe. The company works on site around Brussels and remotely across the rest of Europe.
What languages does KubeOptix work in?
French, Dutch and English. Meetings, documentation and deliverables can be handled in any of those three languages.
What makes KubeOptix different from a normal web agency?
KubeOptix runs its own products in production. Most providers deliver a project and move on to the next one, never living with the consequences of their technical choices over time. Here the architectural decisions are tested on the company's own platforms before being proposed to a client.
Do you work on a day rate or a fixed price?
Both. An engineer can join your team on a day rate for a long placement, or KubeOptix can take a scope at a fixed price with a commitment on the outcome. The contractual setup adapts to your organisation.
Who owns the code at the end of a project?
The client. Source code, infrastructure and documentation are handed over. KubeOptix keeps no dependency that would stop the project being continued elsewhere or by another team.
What is OrdResto?
OrdResto is an online ordering platform for independent restaurants, built and operated by KubeOptix. It combines a branded ordering site, a chatbot on Instagram and WhatsApp, delivery driver management and automated replies to Google reviews. It is live at ordresto.com.
What is Docelya?
Docelya is a patient reception platform for Belgian medical practices, built and operated by KubeOptix. It keeps a practice reachable when the team is already busy: several patients are handled at the same time, appointments land in the practice calendar, arrivals are registered on site. It supports the front desk rather than replacing it, and it makes no diagnosis and no triage. It opens on 5 October 2026 to a limited number of practices.
How does a first contact work?
By email at office@kubeoptix.com, by phone on +32 456 16 93 28, or over WhatsApp. The first conversation pins down the need, the constraints and the budget, then a written proposal follows with the scope, the intended architecture, the phasing and the timing.
Does KubeOptix work with companies outside Belgium?
Yes, remotely across Europe. The company is established in Belgium and invoices in euros with an intra-community VAT number, BE 1005.229.905.
